Answers to your common questions about our DOT drug testing services

FAQ

What is DOT testing?

DOT drug testing is mandated by the Department of Transportation for safety-sensitive industries. It involves screening employees for drugs and alcohol to ensure a safe work environment.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No appointment needed from 9am To 1 Pm—we’re a convenient walk-in clinic! Service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Need testing after hours? Simply contact us, and we’ll assist you.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY RESULTS YET. CAN YOU TELL ME IF THEY CAME IN?

We are unable to provide you with test results, as we operate solely as a collection site and do not receive any results. To obtain your results, please reach out to your employer directly.

The only exception is if you are undergoing a private drug test that you are personally paying for, rather than one arranged by your employer. In that case, once we receive the results from the lab, we will promptly send them to you.

Are results confidential?

Yes, all results are handled with strict confidentiality and privacy.
